And I say this with a passion - there's always a way to scale. I'm all about identifying the problems facing a market and designing deliverable scalable solutions. This passion extends to a hunger for innovative projects; a desire to build and maintain long term, trusting relationships with clients; and a commitment to outstanding quality of delivery.
I was involved in my first start-up in 1996, since then I have been through the experience of joint ventures, self-funding, and private equity funding. Through these ventures the biggest challenge for me has been dealing with the ‘Plateau’. The initial great idea has got to a level of growth, but the business needs something new to move to the next level.
With over 25 years of experience, I am now looking to share the successful pragmatic methodologies I have applied. I want to be able to help management teams avoid some of the painful pitfalls in moving off the plateau and tune into areas where there is clear potential for growth.
